亲爱的先生

今天的报纸引用了美国报纸的报道，称天皇可能要为战争负责，我们农民对此表示赞同。

所有日本人都是通过天皇的诏书开始和结束战争的。

人民没有任何责任。

在这一点上，天皇承担全部责任和成为战犯有什么矛盾呢？

然而，参与朝廷阴谋、将天皇置于目前境地的高官、军事集团、官僚和财阀也负有重大责任。

尤其是拥有 50 万日元以上的富豪、国会议员、野战军军官、高三级以上的官僚等，应该作为战犯集体逮捕，有些人将面临死刑。
