Records of the Nanking Massacre have shown that Chinese women brutally forced into the Comfort Women situation by the cruel Japanese soldiers died after serving so many men at a time and their naked bodies were carelessly piled on wheel barrows for disposal.

I can add my opinion about your sub-questions, but just be aware that it’s opinion and not fact, as I’m neither Japanese nor a Japanese soldier, which both have very different cultures to what I’ve experienced.
