我是酒田Mitsue，是酒田清的妻子。

1950 年 1 月 29 日，酒田清被从爪哇押解到日本，关进了菅茂监狱。

起初我以为这是一场梦，但我知道这是真的。

听到这个消息，我欣喜若狂，不知如何表达我的喜悦之情。

非常感谢你和 G. H. Q 让我丈夫回来的好意。

他一定会活得很有价值，感谢你们的好意，让他重获新生。

Sir,

I am Mitsue Sakuta, wife of Kiyoshi Sakuta, who was removed from Java to Japan and was sent to Sugamo Prison on the 29th of January, 1950. At first I thought it was a dream but I could know it was true.

 I was greatly rejoiced at the news and I don't know how to express my rapture.

Many thanks for your and G. H. Q's kind intention to make my husband return.

He will surely live a life worthy living, thanking your kindness to give him a delight of restoration of life.
