中國在1931年開始的中日戰爭中，獨立抵抗日本，直到日本發動太平洋戰爭，才被列為二戰同盟國的地位。
就像俄羅斯入侵烏克蘭，烏克蘭不是北約國家，必須自己獨力抵抗俄羅斯侵略，把自己國家打成廢墟。如果哪天俄羅斯像日本一樣發瘋了！偷襲珍珠港，發起第三次世界大戰，烏克蘭也會被說沒參加第三次世界大戰，一切都是美國與北約國家的功勞。
China resisted Japan independently during the Sino-Japanese War which started in 1931 and was not classified as an Allied country in WWII until Japan started the Pacific War.
Just like the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Ukraine was not a NATO country and had to resist the Russian invasion on its own and reduce its own country to rubble. If one day Russia goes mad like Japan! If Russia had attacked Pearl Harbour and started World War III, Ukraine would have been accused of not taking part in World War III and it would have been the work of the United States and NATO.
