China has forgotten that the Boxer Rebellion was a xenophobic ignorance that plunged the country into a sub-colonial crisis. China's revival cannot be based on xenophobic rhetoric, but must be based on diplomatic wisdom and knowledge, conquering the world with humour and common prosperity, not on war-wolf diplomacy alone.
